This page describes how Haller Industries handles personal data collected through haller.industries.

When you send a project inquiry we process the name, email address, message and any optional website URL or attachment you provide.

This data is used only to reply to your inquiry and to discuss a possible project. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Inquiries are delivered by email through Resend, our transactional email provider, and stored in our mailbox. They are kept for up to 12 months after our last contact about the enquiry, then deleted.

This website uses Lovable's built-in, privacy-friendly hosting analytics to see aggregate traffic only, such as page views and referring sources.

No advertising features and no cross-site tracking are used.

Strictly necessary technical storage is limited to operating the site.

Personal data is not sold. It is processed by the following service providers acting on our instructions: Resend (transactional email delivery), and Lovable and Cloudflare (website hosting and content delivery).

Under the GDPR you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email artur@haller.industries. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
